Each Player is evaluated with a "Fairness Index" associated with their profile and therefore visible to all.
The Fairness Index is presented with a sequence of 1 to 5 stars of different colors.
On the Player's profile there is a legend for the correct interpretation of the Fairness Index and
the way in which this value changes.
At registration, each Player is assigned an initial Fairness Index which will then vary according to the number
of games played. The Index increases if no penalties are incurred while it decreases in the case of penalties.
The platform features AceGuard, an advanced system for the control of fraud ( anti-cheating )
recognized by FIDE and which automatically produces an articulated analysis of the gaming behavior of the Player.
A dedicated team of cybersecurity experts,
chess masters and arbiters constantly evaluates these analyzes in order to identify fraudulent behavior.
If the conduct of a Player deviates from the fairness parameters used by AceGuard
and / or presents clear indications of irregularity,
the team - in the manner and timing at its sole discretion - may contact
and / or < b> warn and / or suspend the Player based on his behaving.

cannot be discussed or cannot be contested by the Player or anyone else.

- temporarily or permanently - anyone who violates the provisions of this article.
The Player is associated with different types of Ratings according to his profile (Premium or Guest)
and his membership in Federations.
Over the board rating, in the three cadences Blitz, Rapid and Standard, is the one recognized by the
Federation and/or Fide and is updated on the Platform after each change.
Over the board rating is not changed by the online game. Available to the Premium User.
Online Rating, in the three cadences Bullet, Blitz and Rapid, is the one admitted by the Federation and/or Fide
and is modified by playing matches of tournaments and championships recognized by the Federation.
Available for the Premium User.
Arena Rating, in the three cadences Bullet, Blitz and Rapid, is calculated based on matches
and tournaments available on the Platform but not recognised by the Federations. Available to the Premium User.
Arena Training Rating is calculated based on matches and tournaments on the Platform
but it is not recognised by the Federations. Available to the Guest User.
The Federations and FIDE define the algorithms for the calculation of changes in online rating.
Online Titles, unless otherwise specified, have features and requirements defined in the
Federation regulations to which the Player refers.
The Player indemnifies the Owner of the Platform from any responsibility or involvement in disputes and/or discussions
that may arise between this person and the Federation in the merit of the Rating and the Online Titles.
External Tournaments are considered all events that take place on the Platform and are regulated and
managed by external organizers and not by the Platform managers. These tournaments may be recognized by the Federation.
By registering for External Tournaments, the Player declares that he has accepted the regulations drawn up by
the organizers and indemnifies the Platform Owner from any responsibility or involvement in disputes and/or
discussions that may arise between his person and the organizer.
All events that take place on the Platform and that are regulated and managed by the Platform managers are considered
Platform Tournaments
The details of each Platform Tournament may vary from time to time and can be found in the game
area or specific regulations.
By registering for a Platform Tournament, the Player declares to accept in full its rules.
You can register for a tournament when on the screen, in the column of the selected tournament,
the text "In Registration" appears, by clicking on the "Register" button.
It is possible to renounce the registration to a tournament by clicking on the "Unregister"
button: de-registration in scheduled tournaments is possible until the start of the tournament.
It is the responsibility of the Player to be present at the start of each game.
If the Player does not show up he loses the game and the round point.
If a Player entering a tournament does not appear for two consecutive rounds, thus losing a forfeit,
he is automatically excluded from the tournament.
Depending on the duration of each game of the tournament the player has a maximum time to make the
first move of the game, if he does not make the move within this time the game will be given as a
forfeit win by the opponent. The maximum time to make the first move, varies from a minimum of 1
minute to a maximum of 7 minutes depending on the time of each game.
Some of these controls may be disabled for certain specific tournaments.
This information will be reported in the tournament rules.
If during a game the player explicitly closes the game room, the system, upon confirmation,
considers this action as an abandonment of the game.
In the case of a two-way challenge, the single game or match is proposed to the Player.
More precisely, a Player proposes to play one or more games to a specific opponent or to all connected Players
to the gaming platform: it will be the opponent’s responsibility to accept or decline the offer.
The proposer can cancel the challenge until it has been accepted by an opponent.
Once a challenge has started, it can only be canceled with an agreement between the two players
All tournaments are divided into successive rounds, in each of which the participating
Players are paired to play a game.
The pairing modes are those provided for in the FIDE Regulation.
Their choice is the responsibility of the tournament organizer and depend on differences in Player Ratings and partial ranking.
The Player can view the Match and Partial Table by accessing the tournament room within the Platform
The possible results at the end of a tournament game are the victory of one of the two Players or the draw.
The same applies to one-game challenges.
In the case of a match between two players on more than one game (Match), in case of a draw at the end of the scheduled match series,
the winner is determined by a Armageddon.
The Rating variation is calculated at the end of each event (match or tournament).
Any Armageddon matches do not contribute to the calculation of the Rating variation.
In the case of tournaments, the final standing is determined by the rules of the tournament itself,
which also allow to solve the cases of parity using the so-called technical play-offs.
At each moment of the game a Player can leave the game itself, determining the immediate end of
the game and the attribution of the victory to the opponent.
In case of tournament resignment, the Player is excluded from the pairings of subsequent rounds.
During the game, each Player is responsible for the stability of their Internet connection
and the reliability of the device used (computer, tablet, phone).
Special Platform tools verify and control the stability of the connections of each
Player and record any instability.
No complaints can be accepted and
no matches can be repeated due to problems with the player’s internet connection or device.
If a Player disconnects or exits during a match voluntarily or involuntarily, the game will be lost.
In case of unintentional disconnection, for example because of the Internet connection,
the system will try several times to reconnect the Player to the game by taking it back from
the point where he left it, penalizing the time spent until that moment.
A Player cannot change their own time or the one of the opponent,
because the time of the game is managed and calculated by the servers of the Platform and not by the Player’s computer.
If there are delays in the line of one or both Players, the server detects them and automatically
aligns the time on the two devices to the time actually used by the Players.
The Platform Owner is not responsible for any problem of access, impediment,
malfunction or difficulty regarding technical tools, computer, telephone line,
transmission and connection, Internet connection that may prevent a Player from participating in an online event.
The Platform Owner is not liable for any damages suffered by the Player or for any damages caused by the
Player to third parties during the enjoyment and/or use of the Platform.
In case the Platform servers are responsible for sudden interruptions in the provision of services,
the current tournaments and challenges will be restarted from the last known status,
which corresponds to the completed matches. In other words, matches that were in progress at
the time of the break will be resumed from the beginning.
If the interruption is due to the servers of the Platform and it is impossible to restore the
state of the event before the interruption, the event manager may cancel/close the tournament as follows,
depending on the status of the tournament itself:
I. Tournament under registration: the tournament is canceled and it is considered as not played;
II. Running tournament: the tournament is closed manually by
event manager (current matches will be cancelled) and
"roll forward", that is:
· if no standing has been defined, the tournament will result as non-started;
· Depending on the progress of the tournament, the type of tournament itself and the type of pairing,
based on the opinion of the tournament arbiter it can be considered valid,
making the final the provisional standing
Gaming services are accessible according to the calendar and times published on the Platform.
Platform operators reserve the right to temporarily suspend the service,
without any notice, in relation to organizational and maintenance needs of the Platform’s IT system.
In this case - if there are tournaments or challenges in progress -
they will be cancelled, generating a ranking where possible.
The Player can always consult the analytical detail of all the events
in which he participated, accessing the appropriate section of the Platform.
